## 1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

Gritora is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and responsible learning environment for all users.

We have **zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)**, Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation, sextortion, trafficking, or any other activity that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.

These standards apply to all users, accounts, profiles, posts, comments, messages, images, links, uploaded materials, and any other content or interactions made available through Gritora.

For the purposes of this policy, a **child or minor means any person under 18 years of age**, unless applicable law provides a higher level of protection.

## 2. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation includes any content, communication, conduct, or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, facilitates the abuse of, or endangers a child.

Gritora strictly prohibits activities including, but not limited to:

* Grooming or attempting to build a relationship with a child for sexual purposes.
* Soliciting sexual content, images, videos, conversations, or activities from a child.
* Encouraging or coercing a child to engage in sexual activity.
* Sexualizing children in conversations, comments, profiles, posts, images, or other content.
* Sextortion, including threatening or blackmailing a child using intimate or sexual material.
* Facilitating or promoting the sexual trafficking or exploitation of children.
* Attempting to arrange sexual contact or meetings involving a child.
* Sharing links, instructions, communities, or services that facilitate child sexual exploitation.
* Encouraging, normalizing, glorifying, or promoting sexual relationships between adults and children.
* Using Gritora to identify, contact, target, manipulate, or exploit children.

Any attempt to engage in such conduct may result in immediate enforcement action.

## 3. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Gritora strictly prohibits the creation, possession, upload, distribution, solicitation, sharing, promotion, or facilitation of **Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)**.

This prohibition applies regardless of whether the material is:

* A photograph;
* A video;
* An illustration;
* An animation;
* Digitally altered;
* Computer-generated;
* AI-generated;
* Shared through a link or external service; or
* Presented in any other visual or digital format.

Users must never upload, distribute, request, promote, or provide access to material depicting or representing the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of a child.

Gritora may immediately remove such material and take appropriate action against accounts associated with it.

## 4. Grooming and Predatory Behaviour

Gritora does not permit users to use the platform to groom, manipulate, exploit, or establish inappropriate relationships with children.

Prohibited behaviour includes:

* Attempting to gain a child's trust for sexual purposes;
* Asking a child to move conversations to another platform for inappropriate purposes;
* Requesting personal, intimate, or sexual information from a child;
* Requesting photographs or videos of a sexual or intimate nature;
* Sending sexual or sexually suggestive content to a child;
* Encouraging secrecy between a child and an adult;
* Offering money, gifts, rewards, services, or other benefits in exchange for sexual content or activity; and
* Attempting to meet a child for sexual or exploitative purposes.

Such behaviour may result in immediate account suspension or termination and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate or legally required.

## 5. Inappropriate Sexual Content Involving Minors

Content involving children must never sexualize, exploit, objectify, or place children in inappropriate sexual contexts.

Gritora prohibits:

* Sexual comments about children;
* Sexualized descriptions of children;
* Sexual fantasies involving minors;
* Sexual role-playing involving minors;
* Content encouraging inappropriate adult-child relationships;
* Content promoting sexual attraction to children; and
* Attempts to normalize child sexual exploitation or abuse.

Educational, awareness, safeguarding, legal, or child-protection discussions may be permitted where they are presented responsibly and do not contain, promote, facilitate, or distribute prohibited material.

## 6. User-Generated Content and Interactions

Where Gritora provides functionality that allows users to create content, communicate, comment, interact, or otherwise exchange information, users are expected to behave responsibly and comply with these Child Safety Standards.

Users must not use Gritora to:

* Harass, threaten, manipulate, or exploit children;
* Request unnecessary personal information from minors;
* Encourage minors to disclose sensitive personal information publicly;
* Share inappropriate links or content;
* Circumvent Gritora's safety mechanisms;
* Create accounts or identities for the purpose of exploiting minors; or
* Direct minors toward unsafe websites, applications, communities, or individuals.

Gritora may restrict or disable functionality where necessary to protect users.

## 7. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Gritora encourages users to report any content, behaviour, account, or interaction that may involve child abuse, exploitation, grooming, or other threats to child safety.

Users may report concerns through the **in-app reporting or feedback mechanism** available within Gritora.

When reporting a concern, users should provide as much relevant information as reasonably possible, such as:

* The account or profile involved;
* The content or communication concerned;
* The approximate date and time;
* A description of what occurred; and
* Any other information that may assist our review.

Users should **not download, copy, redistribute, forward, or otherwise reproduce suspected CSAM for the purpose of reporting it**.

If a child appears to be in immediate danger, users should contact their local law-enforcement or emergency services.

## 8. Review and Enforcement

Reports involving potential child exploitation or abuse are treated seriously.

Depending on the nature and severity of the issue, Gritora may take actions including:

* Removing prohibited content;
* Restricting access to specific features;
* Suspending an account;
* Permanently terminating an account;
* Preventing repeat registrations where reasonably possible;
* Preserving relevant information when legally required;
* Cooperating with lawful investigations; and
* Reporting confirmed or suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities where required by law.

Severe child-safety violations may result in immediate account termination without prior warning.

## 9. Reporting to Relevant Authorities

Gritora intends to comply with applicable laws and legal obligations concerning child sexual abuse, exploitation, and CSAM.

Where required by applicable law, confirmed or reportable CSAM or child sexual exploitation may be reported to appropriate child-protection or law-enforcement authorities, including the **National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)** where applicable, or an appropriate national or regional authority.

Gritora may also preserve relevant account and technical information when required for legitimate child-safety investigations and lawful requests.

## 10. Cooperation With Law Enforcement

Gritora will cooperate with valid and lawful requests from law-enforcement agencies and competent authorities relating to the investigation or prevention of child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Any disclosure of user information will be handled in accordance with applicable law, Gritora's Privacy Policy, and valid legal process.

## 11. False or Malicious Reports

Child-safety reporting mechanisms must be used responsibly.

Users must not intentionally submit false, misleading, malicious, or fabricated reports against another person.

However, users who make a report in good faith will not be penalized merely because the reported conduct is ultimately found not to violate this policy.

## 12. Privacy and Protection of Children

Protecting children's privacy is an important part of Gritora's safety approach.

Where applicable, Gritora takes reasonable measures to limit inappropriate collection, use, sharing, or exposure of children's personal information.

Users should not publicly disclose sensitive information about a child, including information that could unnecessarily expose the child's:

* Home address;
* School information;
* Phone number;
* Private contact details;
* Precise location;
* Financial information;
* Authentication credentials; or
* Other sensitive or identifying information.

## 13. Circumvention of Safety Measures

Users must not attempt to bypass or interfere with Gritora's child-safety measures.

Prohibited activities include:

* Creating replacement accounts following termination for child-safety violations;
* Attempting to hide prohibited content;
* Using coded terminology to facilitate child exploitation;
* Directing users to external services to avoid moderation or reporting mechanisms;
* Interfering with investigations; or
* Helping another person evade enforcement.

Circumvention may result in additional restrictions or permanent removal from Gritora.

## 14. Continuous Safety Improvements

Child safety is an ongoing responsibility.

Gritora may periodically review and improve its:

* Reporting mechanisms;
* Moderation processes;
* Account controls;
* Safety features;
* Technical safeguards;
* User education;
* Internal procedures; and
* Child-safety policies.

These standards may be updated as Gritora's functionality evolves, applicable laws change, or new child-safety risks and industry practices emerge.

Any use of Gritora to exploit, groom, abuse, sexualize, traffic, endanger, or otherwise harm a child is strictly prohibited.

Gritora reserves the right to remove prohibited content, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, preserve relevant information where legally required, cooperate with lawful investigations, and report suspected or confirmed child sexual exploitation to appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.
